At Muumuu Mall by Muumuu Rainbow, we want you to love your island-inspired attire. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Honolulu distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
